On Maundy Thursday, Jesus gathered with his disciples to share the Passover meal. Knowing what will soon come, he gives his final instructions to them: love one another and share in this meal of my body (the bread) and blood (the wine), thus instituting the eucharist.
Join us at 6pm tonight for our Maundy Thursday service where we remember this night and begin the Great Three Days of Holy Week. Kids are also invited to participate in a re-enactment of the Last Supper in the Grove, and nursery for ages 0-3 will be available.
While the beginning of April has eyes fixed on Holy Week and Easter, we have all kinds of other events coming up this month, including a Newcomers Dinner, Mini-Umuganda Day, and a Spring Plants Sale grown right here on @newgarden.farm !
Swipe to see what's coming in April!

The @greensborofellows are less than 1️⃣ month away from their Vision Trip to our sister parish in Rwanda 🇷🇼
Help us send them off well by joining us for 🎲GAME NIGHT🎲 on Saturday, April 11th to help raise money towards their trip (we're hoping to raise $2500-3000). Your registration also covers pizza, snacks, and drinks for the night.
Invite your friends (or meet new ones), play some fun games, and help us support our Fellows!

These noon eucharist services for Holy Monday and Holy Tuesday have been such a sweet way to enter into Holy Week. We have one more noon service tomorrow on Holy Wednesday (also known as “Spy Wednesday”)—hope to see you there!
Join us on Saturday, March 28th at 2:00pm as we hold another service of ordination!
Lord willing, Deacon Yousif Koly will be ordained into the priesthood, and Deogratias Niyonzima will be installed to serve as a deacon. We're also looking forward that Bishop Elnail Adam Andudu of the Kadugli Diocese of Sudan will be joining us for this service. Let's join in praying for Yousif and Deogratias as they prepare for this next step of ministry.
Our hearts are full as we’re continuing to celebrate our friend and newly ordained priest, Rev. JD Meeder (though he prefers “just JD”)! We’re grateful for you, JD, and are excited to see how the Lord would use your gifts to minister to his people!
Holy Week is the highlight of our church year when we walk in the footsteps of Jesus during his last week of earthly ministry. From the crowds waving palm branches as he enters Jerusalem, to their cries later that week demanding his crucifixion. And even when death seems to have won, we rejoice that the tomb is found empty and our Lord has risen indeed, just as he promised. Come experience every moment with us March 29th through April 5th.
